Founded on a simple observation.
Acton Capital Partners was founded in Munich in 2011 by a group of former operators who noticed a gap: companies that had proven their product were often underserved by investors built for seed-stage bets. We set out to build a firm structured entirely around the needs of growth-stage businesses.
Since then, we have worked alongside founders across enterprise software, digital commerce, and health and climate technology, helping them navigate the operational complexity that comes with scale — expanding teams, entering new markets, and building the governance a larger company requires.
